Vice President of Technical Services
Jian is Vice President of Technical Services. He brings to SpectraCom years of experience in computer systems design, implementation and administration, programming and database management.
Jian began with SpectraCom in 1996 and is responsible for overseeing the team that securely maintains our information systems and servers, as well as the programmers responsible for developing and maintaining e-business applications for our clients. He also leads our application development team in exploring and utilizing the latest technologies such as e-commerce platforms, content management, portals and wireless solutions.
Jian was president (2001 - 2002) of the Wisconsin Association for Systems Management (WASM) where he aids in supporting IT education, training and professional networking. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute, a national organization that establishes project management standards, educational programs and professional certification, and a member of the Information Systems Security Association.
Jian is a native of China, where he earned a bacheloršs in Chemistry and a master's in Computational Chemistry. Jian also holds a master's in Computer Science and an MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee.
