SpectraCom has developed a detailed project methodology that we utilize to effectively and consistently manage projects. We follow the same process whether the project life cycle is a quick turnaround or continues over a longer time frame. The methodology identifies project deliverables, milestones during the project and key project responsibilities. It also serves as a road map to use in future or parallel projects to ensure that "best practices" continue to be used to contain scope creep, maintain cost savings, meet project delivery dates and provide proper budget management.

We use this approach as the foundation for all projects, however, smaller projects may not utilize all the tools or steps in the methodology. One of the strengths of the SpectraCom methodology is that it can be adapted to meet the specific needs of your project, once the project scope is determined.
