For mothers with children under 18 years, going online is becoming increasingly important. According to the Pew Internet & American Life Project, they go online to relax, to get things done, and to make their lives easier. Rather than going online at the end of a day, mothers are now making time for the Internet by integrating surf time into their daily lives. With the number of online mothers expected to increase by 15% between 2005 and 2010, companies marketing to this audience have a new opportunity to grab a greater share of mom’s attention.
